The Mile Club Challenge Employee Fitness Program
Fun and Effective Exercise Motivation for your Employees!
- Each participant chooses a goal of completing 50, 100, 200, 300, 400 or 500 miles in 100 days.
- Miles can be completed using almost any mode of exercise.
- Workouts are logged on our website.
- Those who achieve their goals are rewarded with a shirt.
- Everyone starting on same day creates a "buzz." People encourage each other to achieve their individual goals.
- We send you a description of our program and registration instructions for you to forward to your employees.
- Your employees use a special company code when they register.
- We invoice your company $9 - $13 per participant (depending upon the number).
- You receive periodic progress reports.
