The Mile Club Challenge is based on a simple concept...
Set a fitness goal, and challenge yourself to achieve it.

Challenge yourself to go 100, 200, 300, 400 or 500 miles in 100 days using almost any mode of exercise:

  • Running / Jogging / Walking / Hiking (On a treadmill, indoor track, outdoor track, or any other course where you know the distance).
  • Cardio exercise equipment in your home or at a gym:
    • Elliptical Trainers
    • Steppers
    • Rower
    • Etc.
  • Swimming
  • Biking* (actual bike or exercise bike) *You will receive 1 mile of credit for every 3 miles you ride.
  • Cardio Classes* You will receive 2 miles of credit for each class you attend.
You log your miles on our website, and when you reach your goal, you will receive a 100% organic cotton shirt featuring the Mile Club Challenge Logo and showing the mileage level you attained.
