Set a fitness goal, and challenge yourself to achieve it.
Challenge yourself to go 100, 200, 300, 400 or 500 miles in 100 days using almost any mode of exercise:
- Running / Jogging / Walking / Hiking (On a treadmill, indoor track, outdoor track, or any other course where you know the distance).
- You might use a pedometer or gps unit to help you determine the length of your outdoor workouts.
- Cardio exercise equipment in your home or at a gym:
- Elliptical Trainers
- Steppers
- Rower
- Etc.
- Swimming
- Biking* (actual bike or exercise bike) *You will receive 1 mile of credit for every 3 miles you ride.
- Cardio Classes* You will receive 2 miles of credit for each class you attend.
