CHOOSE YOUR 100 DAY GOAL...
Challenge yourself to go 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 400 or 500 miles in 100 days.
COMPLETE YOUR MILES...using any mode of exercise:
- Running / Jogging / Walking / Hiking
- Cardio exercise equipment (Ellipticals, steppers, rowers, etc.)
- Swimming* You receive 3 miles of credit for every mile you swim.
- Biking** (actual or exercise bike) **You receive 1 mile of credit for every 3 miles you ride.
- Exercise Classes*** You receive 2 miles of credit for each class you attend.
LOG YOUR MILES AND EARN A SHIRT!If you achieve your goal, you will receive a shirt showing the mileage level you attained.
